surprise new move that has authors mad and perplexed. Amazon owns Goodreads and
Authors have been used to running giveaways of their Print books for no money
at all. Now Amazon want to extend giveaways to eBooks. Before you cheer... Amazon
wants to charge you a lot for the privilege.
